I was a regular customer at Sue's for years but unfortunately will no longer be. I purchased a holiday cake for a dinner party and after serving the cake myself and my guests tasted something off with the cake. We went back to the store today to return the cake and the owner was rude and dismissive. She refuses to do anything and claimed she is a small business and there is nothing that can be done. Then after arguing with my husband for a few minutes said she would contact her supplier but then remembered they are closes for boxing day. I am so disappointed with the level of customer service and how this situation was handled definitely not a way to treat a customer. What a waste of money!!!
