Do not use this company. They will take your money, never follow up on the repair and refuse to return your call. It's been two months since they came to my home to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator. After weeks of waiting for a call on wether or not they found the right part, I finally called and was told they had closed the ticket. Kristen (the supposed supervisor) claims to have called and left a message (not according to my phone records). Clint, the owner, will never return a call. He simply doesn't care about customer service or lack thereof. They shouldn't be conducting business. Shame on this company.
