Never ever again. Stood in line for over an hour on a Wednesday just to get my reservation. Then stood in line outside to get my car for another half an hour. So far this a hour and a half. Now I am returning my car and guess what I am doing? Yep standing in line and waiting again. So far about 20 minutes and don't see an end in sight. I am not sure what the right rental car company is in Las Vegas, but it surely isn't this one. On a good note Jessica who took care of me at the counter was super nice. She is the one positive.
