The hood had not been open since Broadway diagnosed. I called the shop to inform them of this. Before I even mentioned who I was or the situation David refused to let me talk to a manager and was similarly rude and dismissive of my concerns as my first encounter with him.. He even denied that this could cause harm and more cost to the car. This is contrary to what other mechanics and sources told me. He gave no apology, concern for the matter or assurance that this would not happen to other customers when I asked what would be done.
