She will not suggest any remedies to your issues, and if by chance she does speak with you, you will most DEFINITELY be put off from it. OLD buildings. Moldy smell. They will lie and tell you that your place hasn't been water damaged, but the walls clearly show differently. They will not divulge all information needed for your apartment to run either. It's definitely worth breaking the lease. Maintenence is a joke too. They will show up at your door with an attitude because you actually called to get things fixed. Run far away. Just another poorly managed AMC property.
Even worse...pool stays dirty and it's HOT. Why have a HEATED pool in the desert? Almost $100 CAM fees just to have a dirty community.
