On Labor Day, an hour before close we went to Cobble Stone to get our Jeep cleaned. The jeep was a bit dirtier than usual, as we were drove the Jeep out of town for Labor Day weekend. Upon getting our Jeep back, we noticed the jeep was poorly vacuumed(maybe not even vacuumed at all), the windows were not properly cleaned, there were water spots all over the Jeep, and there were still dead bugs are the front of the bumper and grill. We took our complaints to the car wash manager, Aaron. He did address our issues and try to rectify them. However, there are STILL bug juices on the front bumper and grill, water spots all over the Jeep, the windows were not cleaned properly, and the Jeep still remained poorly vacuumed. Keep in mind, this was AFTER, Aaron personally "cleaned" the front grill and bumper as well as having his staff re-vacuum the insides. I would not recommend waisting your money on a "Supreme" wash. Our jeep is still not cleaned to our standards. We ended hand washing the Jeep and having to vacuum it ourselves. In addition to all of this, we forgot to mention to the manager(Aaron) that we found a 7 inch scratch on the side of the Jeep, because he was too busy attempting to hand clean the front bumper and grill to give us any of his attention. However, we will give you the benefit of the doubt that this scratch was not caused by the staff even after this terrible experience.
