It's Best Buy. This is probably one of the nicer Best Buys I've been to. I stopped by to look at a few TVs side by side. I had 3 separate reps chat with me and make disparaging remarks about the models I was looking at (a Vizio and a Samsung), and direct me to look at the Sony televisions. They act as if the Sony TVs are far and away better than all others, which is quickly dismissed by in-depth online reviews that place Samsung/Vizio TVs at the same level. I was only able to get the rep to recommend a Samsung TV after I insisted on a 60-inch model (a size which Sony doesn't offer). Oh, and a different time I was there to buy a soundbar I was offered an expensive braided optical audio cable. I politely declined and the rep was unable to explain how this would be better than the optical audio cable that came with the soundbar. It's a good place to look around and get ideas, but do your own research.
