I usually do not write negative reviews but I had such a bad experience I feel compelled to speak up. I called before visiting and was told the price it would be, and then made my way to the store. I arrived and gave the request that I discussed on the phone to the manicurist and we began. The manicurist yelled at me when she grabbed the color and I asked her if it matched the picture that I showed her. She forgot to put a top coat on my gel and smeared the polish all over my hands. She finished and my nails were extremely clumpy and the final product was think with bubbles in it. She took 2 1/2 hours to complete my polish as she was doing my nails and another girls nails at the same time. After receiving the horrible service, being yelled at for asking to confirm my color, and a less-than-perfect final product they had the audacity to upcharge me 50% on what they confirmed on the phone, and then aggressively pressured me to give a tip. I am sure this is not how they usually are but this is the horrible experience I had, and I hope that they read this and does something about how they treat their customers, and to make sure every manicure is given the attention it deserves. More than anything, I hope that they discourage yelling at and aggressiveness to the customer.
