Thank goodness we are checked out of this place. When we arrived at 6pm our room wasn't ready...and actually wasn't going to be, even though we had a 4pm check-in. They put us in a handicap room next to an elevator and said they would call us between 11-2 the next day to give us a new room....so, we stayed packed and cancelled our planned excursion...also stayed in hotel for lunch so we could move when they called. They comped 1 night resort fee. Next day....no phone call, I went down at 2:15 and they said "oh...it's ready". So that was a wasted morning, they didn't know why no one called. I complained to manager..nothing. hotel was very poorly ventilated, we stay in Vegas all the time so I know that smoking is the norm...but you can't typically feel it in the nicer room casinos, we were on the 14th floor and still saturated with the smoke. Rooms were smoky, hallways were smoky. I don't typically ask for "free stuff" but they killed our first night and part of next day, 2/3 night of a resort fee didn't feel like much and not worth the aggravation and stench. There was also slot of marketing in the hotel, everywhere we turned we were being harrassed about shows, time shares, lotions, etc.
