I have been using this company easily for 15 years, before they changed to the current company name (sold I think). I travel probably 6-8 times a year these days, but used to be much more frequently. They give discount for AAA, which is good--makes it same as most coupones. BUT finally, I am changing. Some drivers are good, some drive too fast and agressively, and it's hit and miss what kind of service you get. Generally, the pickup is fast at the lot and at the airport. I do not like the reservation system for covered parking--it should be first come, first served--this is my final frosting on the cake. I am changing and trying a different company today when I travel. Too many times not so great service.
