I used the "Great Clips Online Check-in" application to check-in, and I have use it before and it was working just fine, but this time it was so frustrating. My waiting time was jumping all over, from 21 minutes to 76 minutes, back to 24 minutes and then 37 minutes, then to 111 minutes, so I have called the shop to find out what's going on. The guy was so rude, he try to tell me that soonest you check in you need to drive to the shop and wait 80 minutes or so. When I asked what was the waiting time NOW, how many customer wore waiting NOW, he said "I don't know" when I asked him what his name was he just hung up on me. I guess after going there for 12 years I need to find a new hair cut shop! JC
