This location is so frustrating. I'm not sure why I continue to go back. Today's episode involves the gal at the register clarifying my order, and making it herself...yet she charged me for something different (that was more expensive). The barista ended up making that item for me and offered for me to take it. Why would I take something I don't want, like or even drink? And I was only able to confirm her error because as she crumbled up my receipt (without asking if I wanted it) I asked her to give it to me. Attention to detail is important and it's a skill that should be taught at this location.
