UPDATE: Buy your Jeep in Pineville. Their service is better. They will match Keffer pricing. And, the service they give you is far more convenient as they offer the ability to schedule in advance using an app.
I just went in for the free oil change and tire rotation. Keffer (& possibly Jeep) seem to be one of the few organizations that doesn't value our time by allowing us to plan in advance. You cannot make a reservation for an oil change. I went today at what they reported as the slow time and the wait was 1 hour 45 mins!!! Recommend that when purchasing, you advise them that you won't use this service for a better price point. They just don't care about the customer. Wish I could rate them lower but it isn't an option
Terrible service. Once you buy the car, you are forgotten. Stay away at all costs! I found my sales person to have questionable knowledge of the vehicle. They didn't honor all of the agreements we had on my car until I absolutely forced them to do so. Again, stay away from them. Go to Lake Norman if you want a Jeep.
