ZERO stars! ATM is always jacked up. Won't accept checks for deposit or will accept 20's but not 5's or 10's, or won't accept deposits of any kind. So, one waits in line to then realize that they just wasted their time. Employees say "we don't control the ATM's". Really, well then who does? So, then I try the drive thru. Well, they don't staff the drive thru. Be prepared to wait for somebody to show up and then they run to China with your deposit. Eventually, they come back because your deposit goes in the line of everybody else waiting in the branch. A drive thru transaction takes about 20-30 minutes. Then, if you happen to call the branch, NOBODY answers the phone. When, I have asked why?? Their dumb employees respond "we are busy with other customers". Oh, OK, So, your ATM's don't fully work, you cant properly staff the drive thru and you cant answer the phone. When I have asked for the Manager, Ashley, well, she isn't there (imagine that). I have left 2 messages for her....still waiting for the return call. A train wreck, bank elsewhere.
