I agree with a lot of the negative feedback on their parts and service department. Called today to ask how much brake pads would be and the guy asked what my vin number was. Hmmm didn't have that on me so asked if he could look it up by my make and model number. He said he could try, in a rude manner. He then asked what kind I wanted.... um I don't know oem pads.... he then said front rear or both axles. I asked for the front. After a few seconds he stated 174 something. I said "175 for brake pads?" And he stated no 174 in a sarcastic manner. You guys need a lesson in customer service and oh yeah, they sell the exact brand on Amazon for 50 dollars. No tax or delivery. Don't waste your time.
