Horrible experience! We went through them for a home equity loan. We had to stay on top of them constantly, no follow through, numerous mistakes with one department blaming the other. It's been 6 six weeks and we finally got a call telling us they declined our loan after pre-approving us. Went through another credit union which confirmed what I had thought they made yet another error when looking at my husbands income as he is self employed. Overall a terrible experience--I would suggest Altier Credit union over them any day of the week.
