After two visits, and being a ramen freak from southerner California, here is the real deal: when I first came to Ramen Sora (and I am a gy who is planning on opening a ramen cocktail bar - aka. COCKTAIL SIDESHOW AKA. VALHALLA RAMEN) ...' I loved it anf swore it as the best ramen ever. Now, after a second visit, I know why: it is basically the second best ramen broth ever. The second best chashu pork ive ever had. The second best noodles.... it is a close second in every category.... what that means? It meana that in any two - or more categories - of ramen, itis in the top two. Meaning its the best overall of any ramen. Other shit has great broth, great pork, great noodles, great atmosphere..... but thats it. This place has almost great EVERYTHING
