We were referred to Connect Hearing by our Dr. and we couldn't be happier. From meeting with Kristen, in the front office, to our appt with Anna Ellis, the Audiologist, everything was GREAT! Anna took time to test my sister & EXPLAIN why she was having severe problems hearing. She is WONDERFUL & VERY professional. She made us feel so comfortable. She took away my sister's fears and fitted her PERFECTLY with new hearing aids. She can hear perfectly now. WOW! I can't say enough about Anna. What a blessing! We are VERY pleased. Customer service at it's finest! We are completely satisfied & singing her praises.
