Ordered a couple of sweaters online and when they arrived I found that they were too short in the sleeves for me. I took them back to return them and found myself being grilled by the salesperson as to why I was bringing them back. Never question returns!!! You lose customers that way!! Take a lesson from Nordstrom s on customer service and then you may actually have customers who like to shop at Dillards in Summerlin. Bad experience!
