I would rank SimonMed (all locations because they run you though the call center) as one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. From my first phone call waiting on hold, then receiving incorrect information to waiting for 1 hour for my MRI. Then after 4 trips back I finally got my cd. All told over 4 hours of headache for one 20 minute MRI. If you have a choice go somewhere else.
