I have been to many Tropical Smoothies around town and had a pleasant experience with those locations. This Tropical Smoothie was a horrible experience. I was stuck in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes, and once I got to the window finally, my food and smoothie was still not ready, so I had to wait another 15 minutes. The cherry on top moment was when they screwed up my order. As I was waiting in line I saw no one walk-in or walk out, so the place was empty. There was no excuse for this wait. If you want to eat healthy, just go to Subway.
