Second time I have walked out because of the ridiculously long wait. (It would've been three.... as in '3 strikes' but friend calmed me down the last time!) Walked in, the usual "3 people ahead of you" from greeter, + text from Verizon said 5 minutes. Watched employees standing around discussing.... customer issues? Lunch? Who knows. ANNOYING music genre, and way too loud for a diverse customer base, and a display alarm was sounding for way too long before a rep responded. Last visit was to purchase an iPad. Manager helped us, but was deaf to my assertion that I am NOT a tech-savvy woman, and he blathered on about shit I don't care about. As a retired sales trainer, this staff could use some sales technique remediation. Will probably explore other carriers rather than deal with them again. Only giving one star because of the proximity to home
