Had zero expectations for this bar but was very pleasantly surprised. Cocktail experience unlike any I've had so far in Toronto. Came on a Friday night around 10PM, no wait, two of us sat at the far end of the bar. I tried the Netflix & Chill cocktail ($14) which was a very creative combination of "brown butter and popcorn infused bourbon", egg whites, apple cider, citrus, etc. Came in a shorter Collins glass with a themed popcorn wrapper and a pile of popcorn sitting on top of the ice. (It obviously got a bit soggy but was a nice touch aesthetically, and I love getting a little paired snack with a cocktail.) Really great flavour, slightly tangy but also buttery and creamy (sounds crazy but it worked). My boyfriend got the Cigar & Coffee old fashioned ($16); the bartender lit a little pile of wood chips on fire to create smoke which was used to flavour the glass before dropping in a spherical ice cube, then pouring the mixed cocktail over top. Bartender was polite and friendly, and gave good explanations of the cocktails when we asked. Would definitely go back here, high quality cocktails and reasonably priced considering the effort that goes into each one and the overall experience.
