This was my second visit to Simon and it will definitely bring me back a third time. It continues to be a hidden spot in Las Vegas that actually takes some effort to go rather than being one of those places right off the casino floor. Because of where it is located, there are no slot machines pinging in the background either. It is a really nice escape from the usual Las Vegas atmosphere. They actually have a Happy Hour with good specials on both drinks and food and I continue to find the customer service to be excellent. Courtney especially is a wonderful server and her smile alone will make you forget that the Chargers blew a 21 point lead and cost you money. No, I'm not bitter at all...just keep bringing that delicious pretzel bread before my meal. Thank you.
