I would give zero stars but not an option - Peoria Ford turned in a car loan application for a car that I did not even purchase because the car could not pass certification. According to the car sales person Brett and Anthony, these papers were just to hold the car until Friday a show of good faith. DO NOT trust them or purchase from them. I am the one who figured out that they turned in the paperwork when I received a car loan payment from the credit union. I am no farther head of than I was 2 weeks ago. All I have is a rescinded letter stating I did not purchase the car. They are telling me it takes up to 30 days to fix this, but yet it takes them 7 days to issue the car loan payments -- I call BS. They are slim balls don't purchase from them! PS - Pat Hickey is NEVER available to take my calls!
