Zinc Bistro is, quite simply, our favorite lunch restaurant in the area. What makes it so? Ambience - check. Outstanding service - check. Amazing menu - check. Delicious, well-prepared food - check. This is a place we take friends and family from out of the area. Every one of them have been impressed. Prices are reasonable, and they have a nice variety of wines by the glass. On our last visit, my wife's curry chicken sandwich was prepared as a salad for her as she is cutting out most carbs. My flat-iron steak salad was magnificent. Even though the flat-iron steak is served cold, it had been cooked to a perfect medium-rare, just as I had specified. What topped off the whole lunch experience was the service provided us by Nicole. A personable, efficient, competent, and pleasant server, Nicole made us feel right at home and that we were, indeed, valued customers.
