To start off I went to book a room for the night of my wedding, they were sold out at the time. They said they had a large amount of people from my venue that had reserved rooms, I explained that it was MY wedding. Amanda from reservations was very nice and accommodating. We later got a call that two rooms had opened up so I reserved both under me (the bride and groom). The morning of the wedding, I called and moved the second room under my sister and her husbands name for them to check in after the wedding only to find out the next morning they had been upgraded to a suite... but the bride and groom hadn't??
