If 0 stars was available that would be my rating. The salesman I dealt with was your stereotypical swindler of a sales guy. I never had this issue when it was Billco. Management did step up and correct the issues I had, but only after multiple phone calls. A few weeks after buying the car I had an issue and the service department couldn't have been more painful to deal with. I will stick with Day VW for all service since Cochran is nothing but nasty and condescending. Make the drive a few extra miles to another dealership - the hassle isn't worth a few bucks in savings in the end!
