My absolute FAVORITE bakery in the valley. Haven't tried anything that wasn't delicious. I love that their pastries/desserts aren't over-the-top sweet. You can actually taste the flavor of their ingredients rather than just having a mouthful of flour, fat and SUGAR (yuck). The staff are friendly and very helpful. Although I wish they were open daily, I'm sure my hips are grateful that walk-in bakery hours are limited to Fridays and Saturdays. Oh, and the blueberry-almond tartlets, as well as, the ham and cheese croissants are to die for! Get the ham and cheese croissants early, as they always sell out quickly (no surprise there!).
