I loveeeeeeee Ulta but, it's so unfortunate that this location has the WORST customer service. It's never been good but yesterday really got me angry so I decided it was time to let them know. I really hope the store manager will see this review because I'm willing to drive to a further location just to get better service, or I'm considering becoming a Sephora member instead. Every time I have a question or need help finding a product, I can NEVER find anyone to help me. I walked around the entire store at least 3 times before I found someone. When I finally asked my question, the employee was talking to me with almost her full back facing me. I had another question but couldn't ask cause she began to walk away as if she were super "busy". My second question was regarding a sale that was happening and I wanted to know if a specific item qualified. But I couldn't find anyone so I just got in line. When I finally got to the front after waiting in like forever, my total came out to twice as much as it should. I was told that the lip liners were part of a sale but when I was paying, the cashier said they weren't. Soooo, I was in the store for about an hour just picking lip liner shades that I liked, just to get told that they weren't on sale after all. So at this point I'm very pissed off, I tell the cashier to take all the lip liners out. I asked him if I still had 3 lipsticks in my cart to qualify for the 3 for $9 sale and he said yes. I paid, walked to my car then looked at my receipt. He didn't charge me $9 for the 3 but only applied the sale to one of the lipsticks and the other two were charged at full price. I was considering going back in and returning everything I had bought because it was such a horrible shopping experience, but I didn't feel like ruining my day anymore than that store already did. I'm always busy and this day I chose to go in was because I literally had an empty schedule for that day and wanted to go to Ulta because I love makeup. I have never considered switching to Sephora, but after this day, I will definitely be spending my hundreds of dollars with Sephora. I'm a very patient person and I never get bothered, so for me to get to this point says a lot about how horrible that location is.
