They took FOREVER to get my glasses order in correctly. The woman who helped me was nice, however tried to put my new lenses in there display frames. I was willing to take the display frames if there was some type of discount since they were already scratched to begin with. Oddly she said no and told me that she would be ordering new frames but it may take a few weeks to a month. Fast forward to a week later to when the frames were "supposedly" ordered. I then receive a call from another Rep that my glasses were ready. I'm excited and go down there to discover that only the lenses were ready
Now we're in week 3 officially, only to find out that only 1 pair of my glasses were ordered for new frames . I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save the frustration and go to Vision Works. I chose this location because it was closer to home. Big Mistake!
