The store manager Melissa was extremely helpful. I was a bit hesitant to purchase a memory foam mattress but after she graciously showed me the difference in the three brands that they carry. So I told her I'd be back in a week or so after talking it over with my girlfriend, then when I went back she even remembered my name and greeted my daughter and I as we came back to the store, I had no choice but to get one! thumbs up Melissa!
