Went in for a root canal this week. The office staff is very professional and polite. Dr. Vinne Chen is the absolute best! She went out of her way to make me comfortable (I have a SCS implant in my back) and the procedure was done with my comfort as a priority. I have had root canals before, but THIS was by far the "best" experience, considering nobody thinks having a root canal is a good time. But Dr. Chen made it easy. And the office is spotless. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and her office/staff for dental work. As an added bonus, Dr. Chen herself called me the next day and asked how I was doing and if there was anything I needed. This told me a lot about how much they care about their patients. They DO care!
