Dr. Shehane is a fine physician and certainly knows his specialty. I liked the location, too. I changed physicians because (1) they seemed to be pumping up the bills with a series of unnecessary sophisticated diagnostics when there were no supporting symptoms, and (2) constant double-billing of the copay. I usually paid the copays in cash, and was sloppy about keeping the receipts, so when they would send a bill claiming I had not paid it, I simply sent in the extra copay because I was never quite certain or could not prove I'd paid it. But the last time we paid the copay by check, and sure enough, they still sent the bill for the copay again. We had the cancelled check and the bank records showing the transaction that day to Nevada Heart and Vascular for exactly the copay amount, so this time there was no doubt at all. They received the copay and were double billing. I never returned.
