Through out the project Sara Dugan, our scheduler did a great job keeping us up to speed on what was happening and when. Her customer service was too notch!
As with any construction project, hurdles and Pain points are bound to happen. Something, at times, I forgot during this process. While we did have some moments of wanting to hit our head against the wall, Ron Arden, our site manager, always listened to me and heard me out and did his best to make things right, as did Matt, the super of masonry. They both went above and beyond to make sure our project was done correctly.
At the end of our project, a few things fell thru the cracks, and the project manager, Steven Dreher, made it all right, something I was not expecting.
I would highly recommend calpools, just remember construction is messy, frustrating and at times, down right annoying, but the team at calpools backs their product and sticks to their word of providing top notch customer service to its patrons.
Thank you calpools for all that you have done for my family, we can't wait to spend next summer in our pool!
