If you want work done on your yard in this century...do not call this company. HIGHLY disappointed with Scott F. and his company. A neighbor recommended Scott to me so I called him and left a message. Called again. Called again and finally got him. Scott had a lame excuse why he hadn't called me back. Said he was busy and would call me back. Didn't hear from him, so I called and got him again. Said he would for sure call me on Sunday. No call at all.
Then several weeks go by and I get a call and he is in my neighborhood and asked to stop by. Shocked me as we had already written this guy off so we let him come by anyway and we walked our property. He wrote our name and address on a legal sheet of paper. Thought he would take some notes but he didn't. We talked about several ideas and he did seem to know a lot about landscaping. At the end, he asked me to email him so he would have my address to send a quote back to us. My husband and I thought "how can you quote anything to us when you didn't write one thing down?".
Sure enough we have not heard back from him. We haven't seen an email from him either. I did email him asking for an update and no word back. NOTHING...AT ALL.
