My experience unfortunately was not good. I am writing this review as a word of caution. I thought the dentist was okay, I would not recommend him.... however my drama began with the office manager. I was billed over $800 for services....I paid since I was in pain and BELIEVED what I was told was correct. Received a letter from my insurance company saying my cost was close to $300. I emailed and hand delivered the letter from my insurance company showing what my portion of cost should be....no response... after the insurance called their office twice...the representative was told by the office manager they were allowed to charge this and was not going to issue a refund...I filed a complaint against them through my insurance company...I received the difference of $500 only after filing a complaint. This took almost 2 months. My word of advice, if you explanation of benefits indicates what you owe is different than what the dental office is charging you stay on it....I know if this was done to me it's been done to many others.
