The long line wasn't their fault as the three receptionists were working as quickly as they could. But whatever caused the 55 minute delay in getting a car I'd reserved weeks before was. This was after I'd already checked in and paid.
The guy who checked me in and promised a 15 minute turnaround time disappeared after 20. When I asked his colleague for status he said "he doesn't know because he doesn't deal with me."
