I've lived in Chicago, New York, Seattle... and I still look forward to coming home to Medina so I can eat at Don Tequila. There are two kinds of Mexican food I've found, gourmet Mexican ($10+/tapas/etc.) and your working-class Mexican (taco truck style/ street Mexican). Don Tequila is the latter and without a doubt the best I've come across anywhere. Even when I've found comparable food, it's never been as cheap and in as large quantity as Don's. For the price, you're not going to find better authentic Mexican food. The cherry on the proverbial deep-fried ice cream however, is the staff. Go here 2 or 3 times in the same month and they will know your name, what you usually order, ask you how your mother's doing...:)
