A couple of days ago, a technician changed oil. In the past few days, I noticed some oil dripping from under my car. It was not that much. On Saturday, I took my car to get it checked. However, they wasted my 2 hours waiting. I asked a lady who works there what was going on, and she realized they were working on someone else's car at my own appointment time. Please organize! I was disappointed and left because I had other plans. Next day, I was shocked when we arrived home from church in a less than one mile and found there was a large pond of oil leaking all the way toward my driveway. It was really bad. The cap bolt that prevents oil leaking was missing! We knew that a technician who changed oil was apparently irresponsible. I called the manager, Scott and explained about this serious situation. We were very glad he took it seriously and fixed my car at no cost in the next morning. He did a great job and increased our confidence in him. Good news, my car's engine was not damaged and did not make any noises. He satisfied the service beyond our expectations. You can ask Scott if you are still not satisfied with your car or a technician.
