After having dined here a couple of times already, I decided it was time for a proper review. Food: 3 stars I actually like their salads and love their butterscotch pudding, however, I had the worst beef tartar I have probably ever eaten which was disappointing. It was crusted in a thick coating of black pepper and accompanied by the thickest dijon dressing on my arugula that left me aghast. The meat did not taste fresh at all. The carpaccio di manzo was also nothing to write home about, as well as the frittura di calamari. Bland. Ambiance/general aesthetic: 4 stars Beautifully decorated. Popping patio in the summer. Don't expect a romantic candle-lit dinner; this place gets loud. Familial group gatherings, Rosedale housewives and budding fashionistas galore. Service: 4 stars Perhaps that might differ if you are dining downstairs vs. patio. No complaints on my part. No reservations, but you probably won't end up waiting long for a table unless you're in a big group.
