Ummm.. Toasted coconut on a marshmallow is amazing. Toasted coconut in a giant, creamy ice cream is HEAVEN! Completely buried away in what felt like a back alley was this cute new ice cream store. I knew I was on the close approach when I could smell the wafts of fresh waffle cones getting made-my approach quickened. The dogs were quickly tied to whatever we could find so that we could run inside this adorable store (again, buried in a back alley off of 10th Ave SE). There is a menu of about 10 "everyday favors" and 3-4 "seasonal favors". Do I want to taste any they ask? Yes please..let's try the chili chocolate. Not bad, moving on. Toasted coconut was next...my heart stopped. Winning!! The ice cream was sooooo creamy. I don't know what they make it out of, but seriously. Sooooo creamy. The toasted coconut was perfect, and I believe there was a coconut milk back flavor. A melody of delicious was melting in my mouth and in my waffle cone. I need to come back for the salted caramel. Also available on site were quart tubs for sale to take home and eat for supper. I don't see why that's not a viable idea.
