AquaKnox is located inside the Venetian/Palazzo property.
I've dined here twice- one intimate dinner, and one business dinner. This restaurant has the right seating and atmosphere for casual, romantic, and business meals. Different parts of the restaurant have different vibes and they seat you accordingly if you put in a note/request while reserving your table. Service is always super.
Though everything I've tried here tastes amazing, there is one dish I recommend 1000% to everyone!! I just tasted it, and I literally think about this meal often and cant wait to have it again- it was that good!!
AquaKnox Fish Soup - $53.00 (Jan 2017)
Description: Mediterranean tomato-saffron broth, pernod, maine lobster, mussels, clams, prawns, sardinian couscous.
I know it sounds like a hodge podge of all the seafood they could find... but don't worry. Its a bowl of pure amazingness served with a little crostini which was also crazy delicious. Go try it and tell me how much you love it ;)
Their drinks are also memorable. Can't wait to dine here again.
