I just moved to Akron from Jackson, Michigan where we had Comcast cable, internet and phone which was fabulous and very dependable. I would give them 5 stars across the board. Time Warner Cable here in Akron, Ohio, on the other hand, is a HUGE joke. The wifi is totally worthless, the cable tv is a joke. Half the time nothing will load on the computer because the wifi is not reliable, the other half it will kick me off in the middle of something. I can't stream videos on Youtube, can't play my on-line games, and spend most of the time sitting here watching the damn thing spin just like it did back in the days of old fashioned dial-up. Obviously they collect your money but don't care enough about their customers to do the updates that this kind of technology requires. If I had a choice I'd kick them to the curb so fast it would make their heads spin. What a waste of time AND money.
