Ordered a cake 4 days ago for my 4 year old bday party. Went to pick it up and the response was ohh sorry. We didn't make it. The new person put the order on the wrong board. WTF. So now I have no cake for the birthday party we are throwing. She was nice and offered to make it for a few days from now. Umm yeah no. Or let her pick out a different cake. Umm yeah there is a reason she was having one made special. Thanks hey again for year number 2 letting us know why I never used this company for my last kid. Can't ever get a fing order correct. Hiring private people to make cakes might be a bit more expensive but atleast they are reliable. Never again Robbins. Never again.
