Awful customer service. Came here today July 5th at 5pm, two guys working, one other customer there being helped. As soon as we walk through the door that was already left open, we are asked by the one guy at the counter in a rather loud and assertive tone "can you shut the door please?!"...um okay. Entering and not getting greeted but getting shouted at right off the bat is exactly what I was looking for. Then the other guy came up behind the counter and motioned us (didn't say a word), we told him we were picking up a package and handed him our ID (again not saying a word to us), leaves and finds the package and then picks up the pen from the machine for us to sign (still no words, like all we get is a hand gesture that "this is the pen you use") and we go to sign, it isn't ready. So we wait looking at him waiting for direction because we are peeved at this point, and he finally looks up and says "you can sign", like we were holding him up. Try acknowledging or talking to your customers jerk. As a manager myself, this is SO disappointing that employees like this have their job, when so many better ones are out there.
