We went with a coupon that was for a buy a dozen and get a dozen free, and it was after waiting in the long line and after we ordered our two dozen that they told us that they think the coupon was invalid when we had literally got it that day, and then when we spoke to the manager she said that it was because of owners and hen about corporate? No idea what that was about because she told us that no one answered when she called, definitely don't even think she called considering it took her like 10 seconds to go back there dial the number and wait for them to not answer! Very poor experience and very first one too never going back, I'll stick to Krispy Kreme's, would've been a lot quicker too even though the drive is 3 times longer
*update: looking at my account they charged me for the doughnuts and then more than just the 1 dozen we were paying for with our order that they never gave us! Definitely will never go to a dunkin doughnuts again for what has been the worst experience of my life at a food place
