I have to agree with the other poor reviews, this place just isn't the same. My first experience wasn't great but I gave Panera a second chance, and it was even worse. The atmosphere, experience, and service has gone down so much that I think McDonald's is better at this point. The flow is a cluster and it doesn't appear that any of the staff know what they're doing. It'll be a sad day when all of the Paradise Bakery's are gone.
