This is my go-to place for oil changes and general maintenance on my car. They're fast and conveniently located so I'm able to drop my car off, have lunch, and pick my car up.
They're generally low pressure, I've only ever had ONE incident and I don't know if that was under the old owners or new, it was about a year ago. The tech wanted me to do a transmission fluid flush, and to his credit he actually walked me to my car, explained the situation, showed me what transmission fluid was supposed to look like, and showed me what mine looked like. I had no doubt that he was right, but I was on my lunch break and told him I come back the next day to have it done. But he kept pressuring me to do it, so I wound up being 20 minutes late to work. That's the only trouble I've EVER had there, and the guy wasn't wrong, the pricing was fair, and the work was efficient. I just wish he'd put the same trust in me that I put in him and allowed me to come back when it was more convenient for my schedule.
I've had nothing but great, no-pressure service ever since.
