I scheduled an appointment for my daughter two weeks ago. We showed up today and found out the appointment I had scheduled was actually yesterday, not today. I know what I scheduled - my daughter has school and she works. I specifically requested a Friday when she is less busy and I could be there with her.
What bothers me is the lack of accountability within the Mayo clinic primary care office. I never received a confirmation call regarding the appointment. I verified they had our phone numbers correctly in the system. I was assured I would receive a call from the desk supervisor, Nicole Krue, to discuss the situation. I am still waiting for that call...
I am disappointed in the quality of the Mayo Clinic Primary Care Office. It is an embarrassment to the Mayo Clinic name. The staff are friendly, but the overall quality and accountability are disappointing.
